So quick and easy… I was in a lot of pain so I appreciated that very much! I had to go back in the waiting room after my visit to wait for my paperwork and that was a little inconvenient but I understand!

Scheduling was easy and fast online. From check in to Wait time was very minimal and office staff was very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my symptoms, got me the medication and was sent on my way. I will be coming back to this urgent care again.

Staff was overall friendly. I was able to walk in and get helped in an hour. However, one of the workers could not get a lot of blood from my finger for a Mono test, which I believe is why it came back negative. They gave me a strong antibiotic for strep even though that test came back negative. The new antibiotic made me vomit severely and I went to the emergency room the next day for confirmation that it was not strep. Overall, the process was smooth and they were friendly, but I think a little more care into running tests could have saved us from having a guessing game diagnosis.

I would say over all this was a good visit when it comes to doctors. I was hoping to not have to go to the ER but in the end that was where I needed to be and the doctor explained why. I would recommend this office to anyone and scheduling ahead of time is the best thing you can do.

I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND GIVEN MEDICATION ..MARIA THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY..DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR ANY FUTURE CARE 🥰 I RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR SURE
