We had an appointment at 8:30 and arrived/checked in at 8:26. There were two people in the waiting room when we arrived. The list showed we were the only ones with an appointment and the other two were walk ins. They other two people were seen before us and we didn’t get taken back to a room until 9:00. It was very frustrating we had to wait 30 minutes to be seen when we had an appointment. It should have been managed better.

Got an appointment the same day. Given a prescription for pain relief. Also a prescription for an x-ray. Went to Simon Med. was a complete disaster. Scheduled an x-ray at Smile today. Will not get the results until tomorrow. Will never use Simon Med again.

I came in as a walk-in and did not set up an appointment via the internet. I was treated with kindness and respect. There was an emergent situation with a very small child who needed to be seen so I did have to wait a little extra so the child could be seen. Emily was wonderful in her examination of me and I received the medication needed. She thanked me for my patience and understanding due to the emergent situation that occurred. I really appreciated that acknowledgement. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful and patient with my questions. I would recommend this provider! Thank you for all you do.
