Boring, waste of time, bad acting, my head hurts from staring at nothing happening for eighty minutes. Some people say it's atmospheric, but it's not. It's not artsy, and people don't dislike it because they're used to fast paced movies. Slow paced movies can be great, but this was not. I kind of want to slap the director in the face. Uuuugh. My head hurts so bad. I don't even think people really liked this, I think they're lying, that's how bad it is. D Filmed almost entirely within one house, with very few dialogues and a very slow (painfully slow!) progression, this is NOT for the average viewer. Don't expect jump scares, final twists or revelations. The whole story is somehow encapsulated in the first statement "A house with a death in it …." The dark, atmospheric and claustrophobic setting is masterfully done and by the end of the movie there is even a cautionary tale.
