The start of the 2024 college football season is just under three months away and ahead of the upcoming fall schedule, ESPN released its first Football Power Index rankings and data.
The list is headlined by the usual suspects, with the Georgia Bulldogs coming in at No. 1. The Southeastern Conference landed a total of 11 teams in the initial top 25, bolstered by the addition of the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners — both of whom landed in the top 10.
The Florida Gators also made the top-25 cut despite a projected .500 record, which is a testament to the brutal schedule the Orange and Blue have ahead of it. Take a look below at the full top 25 with all of the FPI data for each school.
